Close surroundings
The house is situated at a small local road, on a hill with a fantastic view over the lake, close to the building site. Around the house there is a lawn suitable for playing. Outside is the wild nature down to lake. Some trees gives shadow if wanted.

Down at lake there is a private jetty with plenty of space for sun bath and resting or playing. From the edge of the jetty it's possible to dive into the water for a nice swim back to a small sandy shore, sometimes covered by high water. Here there are also some different boats to use.
If nobody is swimming its possible to fish from the jetty.

Surroundings
Our cottage is located in a small camp. The houses are placed in small groups with common wild fields. Sometimes there are sheeps and cows there. Common to all families there is a sandy beach with a long jetty and a raft to take swim out to.

The whole camp is surrounded by a wild nature with a rich animal life, with a lot of flowers, mushrooms and berries to pick.

To your help there is a instruction manual with explanations about the house system, how to handle if anything goes wrong etc. Most of it written in Swedish, but with the help from neighbours I believe you can manage it. There also is a binder with a lot of tourist information in different languages, collected by earlier visitors.
